Your responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of our newsletter execution, improving its esthetics, customer-centric content, and planning
• You will create simple digital graphical content that speaks to the customer and is used for your own platforms such as SoMe, webshop, and newsletter
• You will implement our paid search and ad strategy across digital marketing channels, i.e., SEA, Social Ads, and Google Ads.
• You will measure the performance of ads and landing pages and leverage the potential for improvement.
• You measure email marketing performance, and you challenge your marketing colleagues' content to increase traffic, reach, open- and click rates

Your background:

• For this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong "can do", self-driven approach to your work, with a strong sense of purpose-driven ownership
• Your great communication skills help you collaborate with your marketing colleagues.
• You have experience with email marketing and an eye for quality, esthetic, and content that speaks to the target audience.
• You are vital in the sphere of graphics and are very familiar with editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• You have a good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
• You love KPI-driven marketing and constantly seek to understand your audience's behavior and underlying needs.
• Ideally, you have worked with HubSpot, Sprout Social, Sked Social, or similar tools before
• Ideally, you have worked in beauty, fashion, or a similar B2B environment before
• You are fluent in English, speaking, and writing.
