Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the distribution, market-share, revenue and corporate foot-print in Denmark
• Make sure our existing customers always is excellently served with knowledge, passion & great techniques
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads along the entire sales funnel, close deals and delight customers
• Personally identify and win strategic salons 
• Maintain relations to a team of freelance sales agents, educators and academies
• Manage a direct reporting team of 4 - 5 full time colleagues within sales and customer service

Your background:

• You are passionate about nails, beauty & sales
• You are ambitious, you love to take ownership, you are execution driven and hungry for achievements
• You are extrovert, direct, powerfull and fast in decission making
• Confidence with social media is essential for this role; ideally you have your own successful blog, vlog, channel or considerable Instagram feed
• Preferably you have first leadership experience
• You are ready to travel all across Denmark to visit salons (approx. 3-4 days / month)
• You are fluent in Danish and English
