Your responsibilities:

• Ongoing resource planning in the warehouse 
• Maintain inventory in ERP. Analyze discrepancies and make corrections.
• RMA reporting to suppliers/vendors.
• Manage production orders in the warehouse.
• Communicate with forwarders or suppliers, keep track of deadlines and respond to deviations.
• Support Customer Care in handling Track and Trace issues, missing parcels, returns from customers.
• Coordinating with suppliers/vendors, shiping companies and warehouse team to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.
• Organization, management and tracking of outgoing and incoming delivery. Identify and quickly resolve service issues.
• Works cross functionaly with other departments to maximize efficiency and cost savings. 

Your background:

• Secondary/ university degree in business/ supply chain or similar field.
• Structured and collaborative person with focus on goals and results.
• Drive and customer focus.
• Open mind for changes and challenges.
• Team player.
