We are looking an intern focused on influencer marketing and social media management.  As a full-time intern at Insight Cosmetics Group, you will be a part of an exciting process of a launch of a new brand, as well as supporting activities of existing brands in the company. With support from Brand Management, you will dive deep into your topics of influencer marketing and take the lead in executing a project aiming at supporting the marketing strategy of the brands. Alongside this, you will be involved in the coordination and creation of relevant content for one or more of the brands Insight Cosmetics Group distributes.

What will you do:

• Will help shape a winning influencer marketing strategy
• Scout for and create partnerships with fitting macro and micro-influencers that would like to feature the given brand
• Build strong relationships with key influencers and customers through engagement and passion for beauty
• Create a strong collaborative relationship with influencers fitting the values and esthetic of the brand you are working with
• Monitor digital trends and competitive landscape to inform ongoing strategy
• Conceptualize and create quality content from scratch and build a stronger engagement with target audiences
• Assist with community management to engage with key digital audiences 

About you:

You have a strong interest in beauty that can span from makeup to nails and hair. Social media is not only a source of entertainment,  but you see it as a strong marketing tool, which requires creativity, agility, and persistence.  Maybe you even see it as your calling and a part of your future career. You have a good understanding of the creative content tools and editing programs. Collaboration is your middle name. You love working across teams and are ready to jump onto small projects and tasks as they arrive. You are able to take charge of your assignments and keep a track of your projects and their development.

Furthermore:

• You are always on the lookout for the newest in beauty, upcoming influencers, and brands
• You are an active user of Social Media platforms who has a strong interest in learning Social Media Marketing
• You love creating engaging and quality content and have the skills to execute it from scratch
• You have a creative, yet structured mind. You have many ideas but are also able to execute them within a time frame
• You have previous work part-time experience with social media management or have to build a strong self-promoting profile built
  
• You are tech-savvy and not afraid to jump onto new programs
• You are a strong communicator and fluent in English in both speech and writing since our company language is English. You are fluent in one or more of the following languages: Danish, Swedish or Finnish.

Terms of internship: 

• Start of internship immediately or scheduled to your availability
• Duration of Internship to be arranged on a flexible basis (with a minimum of 3 months)
• Should be currently undergoing a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or a similar education
