Frosted Bloom

1. Apply a layer of Lecenté Create 'Oxford Circus' to the entire nail and cure it.

2. Paint small flowers with Lecenté Create 'Covent Garden'. There should be about 5 leaves per flower. Cure the layer. The Light Elegance Kolinsky Brush #6 is particularly suitable for the leaves.

3. Give the flowers a little more colour with the white Lecenté Create 'White Magic'. Cure this layer too.

4. Mix a small amount of Lecenté Create 'Oxford Circus' with Top Coat and apply to the entire nail. Cure this layer as well.

5. Use Lecenté Create 'Covent Garden' to apply small dots to the centre of the flower. I have used Light Elegance Bling Stylus Needle Point #1. Add a little Lecenté Create 'West End' in the middle of the flowers. Cure this layer too.

6. The last white details are added to the edge of the leaves. Cure this layer as well.

7. Apply a layer of Top Coat over the entire nail and cure. I used Lecenté Create Matte Topcoat because it gives the nail a nice finish.
