Nails Support Specialists (full or half time)
About the positions
For our passionate country support teams in Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Finland we are looking for a Nails Support Specialists, that will help us in delivering excellent product support and customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will help us in building strong relations with our communities and support our professional customers with passionate product knowledge, education, step by steps, tips, and great techniques.
Together with your national country team colleagues, you will:
- Share your deep knowledge, technics, and expertise about nails to help our customers and communities to succeed as nail professionals.
- Troubleshoot and educate our customers when they face issues with using our products or services.
- Guide our customers and recommend career paths within our large education program.
- Plan and coordinate training between educators and larger salons.
- Assist with product ordering and answer questions regarding payment, shipments, and other administrative matters.
