BE MY VALENTINE

1. Apply CND Shellac Steel Kisses all over the nail. Cure.

2. Add CND Shellac Ice Vapor to the nail. Cure. 

3. Paint a balloon heart on the nail using CND Shellac Happy Go Lucky. Cure. 

4. Add a light “stripe” to one side of the heart on the nail using CND Shellac Cream Puff.  Add a string and thin edges to the heart-shaped balloon using CND Shellac Black Pool. Cure.

5. Add CND Shellac No-Wipe Top Coat to the nail. Cure. 

6. Buff the cured surface to a matte finish with buffer.

7. Add a layer of CND Shellac Top Coat on top of the balloon. Cure.
