Blue Snow

1. Apply a layer of CND SHELLAC™ Sassy Sapphire and cure.

2. Add Ice Vapor to the cuticle area and blend towards the middle of the nail and the right side. Cure.

3. Add a dab of Lecente Mosaic Silver Nail Foil onto the right upper corner of the nail. Paint the icicles with Cream Puff and cure.

4. Paint the snowflakes with Cream Puff and add small dots. Cure.

5. Add crystals in the middle of the snowflakes with Base Coat. Cure.

6. Finish with Top Coat and seal the crystals carefully. Cure and remove the stickey layer.
