1. Apply one layer of SHELLAC™ Devil Red and cure.
2. Apply SHELLAC™ Iced Vapor in the lower area and pull it slightly to the tip.
3. Use a dotting tool to paint the small points with SHELLAC™ Lady Lilly. Use a thin nailart brush to gently pull through the dots. From the middle straight up and down, from the side up and down. Cure.
4. Add more points and connect them with the same technique as in Step 3. Cure.
5. Add even more points.
6. Connect these points with the design and cure.
7. Add some crystals and seal the design with CND™ SHELLAC™ Top Coat.
