1. Apply Pastel Blue Gel Paint thinly over the entire nail and cure 30 seconds in LED. Apply a thin layer of any Clear bracket but do not cure yet.

2. Place the Mermaid Chunky glitter from Lecenté so that each glitter overlaps the one before for a scaly effect.Cure for 30 seconds in the LED.

3. Build your apex in the same Clear as you used earlier and cure for 30 seconds in LED.

4. File the nail for shape and form.

5. Use Primary Black Gel Paint with the Stripy Brush and follow the shape of the glitter.

6. Paint the fins with the same brush. Then use Bling Stylus # 3 with both Primary White and Primary Black Gel Paint to create the eye. Cure between each layer.

7. Apply Super Shiny to cover the nail and cure for 60 seconds. Done!
