How do I work with the Apex Acrylic System?

Apex Acrylic System

1. Prep cuticle and nail plate (or existing enhancement) using the Light Elegance nail prep method:
+ Cleanse the nail with LE Cleanser and a lint-free LE Cleansing Wipe.
+ Using a light touch and the LE Cuticle Pusher, loosen cuticle tissue from the nail plate, around the eponychium (or cuticle) and along the lateral folds (or sidewalls).
+ Continue by removing the shine from the natural nail and/or existing enhancement using the 100-grit side of the LE Perfect File and a light touch.

2. Remove dust with a LE Duster Brush and cleanse nail with LE and Cleansing Wipe.

3. Apply form for sculpting or desired tip for a tip overlay application

4. Apply Airbond to the entire nail. VitaPrime can also be used as a primer.

5. Using APEX Brilliant White acrylic apply a medium to large ball to the free edge and form the entire free edge, perfecting your smile line as well.

6. Apply APEX Blush Pink to the nail bed being careful not to draw the pink over the white acrylic.

7. Apply another small ball of APEX Blush Pink to the cuticle area.

8. Properly pinch nail to enhance the c-curve.

9. Remove the form (if applicable) and file to desired shape with a 100/180 Perfect File.

10. Further refine shape with the 180/280 Foamie File.

11. Cleanse the nail using LE and Cleansing Wipes.

12. Apply Super Shiny and cure for 2 minutes UV or 1 minute LED, and cleanse the nail.

13. Apply Cuticle Oil to keep cuticles looking gorgeous and healthy.
