Visage Hot wax is specially developed to respect the more sensitive and finer skin on the face. Its elasticity allows it to remove the hair gently, so you avoid stressing the skin during removal.
Visage is enriched with calendula oil, which has anti-redness properties and soothes the skin after hair removal.
Although Visage is designed for the face, it can be used on ALL areas of the body, not just the face. Visage has a semi-creamy consistency that is really gentle on the skin, easy to apply with a firm application pressure. It's made for sensitive skin and areas, so it also works really well for underarms and intimate waxing treatments.
Visage can be used on all hair types, both fine hair and thicker hair.
Application technique
To get the best results with Visage, application is very important.
When working with Visage, especially on the face, where we have down and finer hairs that can be harder to remove. The right application is crucial for a satisfactory result.
When applying, use the end of the spatula to scrape and push the wax into the skin and hairs. ALWAYS apply with FIRM pressure! If you don't use firm pressure, the wax won't get down between the hairs and you will not get the hairs off correctly.
When the hairs are fine, it can also be an advantage to wax the area twice. First apply the wax in one direction, with the direction of the hair and remove in the opposite direction and then again in the opposite direction, against the direction of the hair and remove with the direction of the hair. So, you're waxing both ways.
Before and after treatment
Visage gives the best results when you work with the right before and after products.
Purifying Blue Lotion - Purifies and refreshes the surface before your waxing treatment. Apply with a cotton pad or spray directly on (larger areas only). Use both before and after waxing to cleanse the skin.
Pre & Post Depilatory Jasmine Oil - Used under the wax as a protective barrier on the skin. Very slow to use, therefore very very little is used under the wax. If too much is used, the wax will not adhere to the hairs.
Refreshing Gel - Used at the end of the wax treatment to soothe and refresh the skin.
