How do I get listed in the Insight Cosmetics Salon Finder?

The Salon Finder is a great tool for everyone who is looking for a specific salon near to the own location. Here you´ll find a short introduction on how the Salon Finder works and how your salon gets listed.

How do I get my salon on the Salon Finder page?

Our SALON FINDER feature works automatically. If you are certified for a product line and have purchased products in a specific brand, you will appear when searching your area, if you have a salon. If you´re not visible, there may be 3 reasons for this:
 
1. The SALON FINDER is updated once a month, so it will be one month after your first purchase before you appear on the page.

2. You have purchased less than 500 DKK / 70€ / 700 SEK within the last 6 months in one product category and are therefore no longer an active salon in our eyes.

3. We have not registered in our system as having an active salon. If you are unsure or think this is a mistake, please email our customer service with your customer number and they will assist you. 

Why does e.g. VINYLUX just stand next to my salon, on the Salon Finder site search list?

You will only be shown in the categories where you have purchased for at least 500DKK / 70€ / 700 SEK within the last 6 months. If you are unsure or think this is a mistake, please email our customer service with your customer number and they will assist you.

Can I change my information in the salon finder?

 YES. Please send us an email with the salon data you want to have displayed.
