      Step-by-Step:

      Step 1: consultation - Client Consultation Form & Consent Form

      Step 2: Cleanse - Cleansing Gel x 2

      Step 3: Condition - Conditioner on Gauze

      Step 4: Prepping solution - Alcohol Pad

      Step 5: Prep - Hydro Lip Therapy

      Step 6: Active Treatment - Thermal Detox Peel

      Step 7:Removal - spatula + 2-3 water saturated disposable compresses

      Step 8: Cleanse - Cleansing Gel (Remove with water saturated disposable compress)

      Step 9: Nimue-TDS™ - Blue, Green, Red, Yellow

      Step 10: Aftercare - After Care Hydrator/Hyaluronic Acid Gel

      Step 11: Sun Protection - SPF 40 

      Treatment time

      30 minutes

      Treatment frequency

      Flash treatment / lunch time peel or a course of 6 treatments

      1. Environmentally Damaged - 1 treatment every 2 weeks - 7-10 min
      2. Hyperpigmented - 1 treatment every 2 months - 7-10 min
      3. Problematic - 1 treatment every 2 weeks - 7-10 min
      4. Interactive - 1 treatment every 2 months - 5-10 min

      Contra-indications

      • Very sensitive skin and severe capillaries
      • Dermatitis/Eczema
      • Use of Cortisone, Isotretinoin, Accutane, skin resurfacing lasers or deep peeling procedures in past 8 weeks
      • Botulinum toxin and fillers in past 4 weeks
      • Active skin lesions or any skin infection
      • Waxing, electrolysis, shaving or use of depilatory creams in past 3 days
      • Uncontrolled diabetes - perform a patch test to determine skin sensitivity
      • Do not use on a visibly compromised skin barrier


      Post treatment guidelines

      • Avoid make up application for a minimum of 3-4 hours post Nimue Thermal Detox Peel
      • Do not use Active Lotion/Gel on the same day as Nimue Thermal Detox Peel
      • A Nimue prescribed SPF face product MUST be utilised on a daily basis. Reapply every 2-3 hours, if exposed to UV radiation
      • Prolonged sun exposure and sun bed use MUST be avoided during a course of Nimue Thermal Detox Peel Treatments
      • Reduce the use of Nimue Conditioner and Active Lotion/Gel for a few days if skin feels sensitive
      • Inform client that should any persistent erythema, redness, swelling or irritation occurs, Nimue Skin Treatment Professional must be informed immediately
      • Wait at least 3 days before any facial waxing post treatment
      • Full client co-operation is needed to achieve desired results
