Yes. Both lines were discontinued several years ago and therefore have not been reformulated. You can be certain that they contain TPO.
As of September 1st, you may no longer perform treatments in your salon with these products.

Vinylux
No. Vinylux is not a gel product and does not require curing in a UV lamp. The line has always been TPO-free, which means you can continue to safely sell and use Vinylux.
