What will this article cover:

What makes the 'Origine' waxes special?

Organic and natural beauty and cosmetics are no longer niche products but an established and continuously growing market. It is time for waxing to enter a new era of efficient and clean products! And this is exactly what Perron Rigot™ has achieved with the new Origine line. Perron Rigot has developed its 1st  range of COSMOS Ecocert certified waxes, combining hair removal efficiency with a focus on natural ingredients.Natural Waxes_PER

Why should you start offering natural and organic waxing?

Typically salons and clients looking for natural solutions would go for sugaring, which is technically more difficult and less comfortable for some clients. With the new hot and strip wax from Perron Rigot™, you can offer your clients natural hair removal without having to learn any new techniques and product types. Same wax types, same technique and efficiency, but natural and improved formulas!

How to perform a waxing treatment with Origine organic and natural wax?

Setting up your heater:

Digital heater
heater-for-web

Set up the desired temperature. For strip wax 'O Bio' it is 58-62 °C. For hot wax 'O Naturel' is it 55-59 °C. If you are using a digital heater, double click on the 'mode' button for fast heating. After the mode is complete, the heater will stay at the desired temperature.

Manual heater
normalheater
Turn up the manual heater to 6 and wait around 20 min. After that, adjust to around 5 and turn up or down depending on the wax consistency.

It is always best to start with recommended temperature and pay close attention to the consistency. It is the best identifier of how much the wax needs. Depending on the temperature in the room, you might have to adjust it to higher or lower temperatures.

Waxing with Hot Wax Origine 'O Naturel'

Consistency to look for:

PRO TIP: The wax contains a lot of natural oils which can burn the skin if the wax is heated to a higher temperature than needed. Always test on your skin before starting to wax your client to make sure you did not overheat the wax.

Waxing in action:

PRO TIP: If you leave your wax in the pot without stirring with your spatula for a longer time, it will form a very thin lid. Do not turn up the temperature on your heater, just give it a turn and continue waxing as usual. Quick overview of the step-by-step.
