When is a Nimue Booster used?

Why you need a booster and when do you need it?

A Nimue Booster is about active, deep-acting molecules and is suitable for skin that already uses Nimue products for home care, has a good effect of Nimue and now needs an extra, well - boost!

A skin that is brand new with Nimue should always start with Pre & Post serum, as a daily serum under day and night cream, until the skin barrier is improved. Once the skin is healthy enough, Nimue TDS ™ can be used on top of Pre & Post for a while and later replaced completely.

Nimue TDS ™ has both an effect on the skin's barrier function and on the specific skin classification. When the skin improves even more in health and does not experience unstable periods of dryness, tenderness or eruptions, it should be switched to an active serum: a Nimue Booster.

The booster is also introduced by using TDS ™ for a period of time as with Pre & Post before.

Pre & Post can become relevant again in periods where strength is stepped up in the professional Nimue fruit acid treatments, here the skin may need extra support and moisture and you are welcome to use Pre & Post serum in the weeks up to and after a strong salon peeling, Boosteren can then be used over Pre & Post serum.

Nimue Boosters

In the Nimue Booster range, you can choose which benefits best suit the specific skin condition. A booster is applied to clean skin after Cleansing gel, Conditioner and maybe Nimue TDS ™ or Pre & Post. Can basically be used day and night with a few exceptions that your certified Nimue therapist will advise on. A Booster should not be used in the same application as a Phase 2 product, so use Booster alternately with Phase 2 and every morning. Here is an overview of Nimue's Boosters:

• Super Hydrating Serum - Super humectant - moisturizing and comfort for tight, dry skin

• Multi Rejuvenating Serum - Stimulates collagen synthesis, reduces fine lines and wrinkles
• A.I Face Serum - Anti-aging, fundamental restructuring and building skin health 
• Alpha Lipoic Activator (only for skin in phase 2+) - Tightens "sagging" skin, strengthens cell membranes. Antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and therefore counteract early cell death and visible aging. Reduces fine lines, wrinkles and signs of fatigue
