My login for the ICG app doesn´t work. How do I get access?

Login issues can be annoying. But the solution is sometimes easier than you think. Find out what could be the reason for your login issue.

In the ICG app you will find many free eLearning trainings, new techniques and inspiration. If you want to get access, there are two ways:

1. You are already a customer of Insight Cosmetics Group

Then it's easy, because you get access to the app by simply using the email address you registered with us.

1. Click on "Can't login", enter your email address and click on "Send".

2. You will now receive a temporary password by email. Go back to the app and log in with your email address and temporary password.

3. Choose your personal password now.

2. You are not yet a customer of Insight Cosmetics Group

The ICG app is a closed app exclusively for professionals. If you are a beauty industry professional, you can sign up HERE.

Simply fill out the form and we will send you your registration details.

3. What should I do if the login simply does not work?

There can be several reasons why your login does not work. Most of them are easy to fix. Here are the most common errors:

1. Wrong email address

Please make sure that you use the email address that is registered with us. It is the same one you use for the webshop. If you have more than one email address and are not sure which one is registered with us, just call our customer service.

2. Your account is blocked

Please check if you have an open invoice. If you have an open amount that has not been paid yet, your account for both app and webshop gets blocked.

3. Other technical issue

Of course, there may be other technical problems. So if you are sure that your email address is correct and you don't have an open invoice, you can contact us by phone or email. 

I would like my employees to have access to the app as well. What do I have to do?

Please send us an email with the names and email addresses of your staff. Remember that each staff member needs their own email address.
