My login for the webshop does not work?
Log in issues are often related to the password or email address. Here you can read more about the issues and how easy they are to solve.
There are two main reasons why your login does not work:
1. Password
If you cannot remember your password, simply click on "Forgotten password" and we will send you a link to reset your password within a few minutes.
2. E-mail address
You are registered with an e-mail address in our system and must always use exactly this e-mail address. If you have forgotten your e-mail address or if you are sure that your e-mail address is correct and the "New Password" function does not help, please call our customer service team or send an e-mail for further assistance. You may have more than one account with the same email address or your account may be temporarily suspended.
Additional Information:
Your webshop password does not work for the ICG app. Both systems are independent and you have to create a different password when you use the app for the first time. You can get a password for the app by asking for a new password using the email address registered with Insight Cosmetics Group. Read more.
What if I want to change my password?
You can change your password at any time. Just log in and click on "Change password" under "My ICG".
