Where do I find information about invoices, credit notes, orders etc.?
At Insight Cosmetics you can find all information about open and settled invoices, credit notes and information about your orders in your personal customer center.
24/7 Customer Center
If you have a login to our eShop you also have 24/7 access to our Customer Center, where you can see previous orders, open orders not yet delivered, get copies of invoices and credit notes and see a full balance of your account. Just navigate to “My customer center” in upper right corner of our eShop and select from drop down menu.
The account balance or statement also shows you if you have any unpaid invoices or if you have any unused credit notes. It is also here you can see all your payments, and if you have an accountant, it makes sense to grant them access to your account in our Customer Center.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice or credit note?
You find copies of your invoices in your Customer Center. If you click on the invoice number, you can download a copy of the invoice.
Where can I see if I have any open invoices not paid?
In your Customer Center you can see your balance, payments, which invoices are open and download invoice copies.
Why can I no longer find any older invoices in my customer account?
If you need a copy of invoices not displayed in your Customer Center (older than two years), please e-mail us, info@icgroup.dk with reference to the invoice number you need.
