Which payment methodes are available and what happens if I forget to pay my invoice?

Installments

Icon_InstallmentsUnder extraordinary circumstances we can split your invoice in to 6 installments, so that your payment is distributed over 6 months. You need to contact our customer service before you place your order and see if this is a possibility for you. 

Prepayments

If you are a new customer investing in a start up with ICG as your partner you are asked to pre-pay 50% of the order amount before we sent out your order. As soon as we get to know each other and you have a positive payment history, prepayments are normally not needed.

Pay by Invoice

Here are the most common questions when it comes to the payment method "invoice".

  • How do I pay my invoice?
    You find the payment information on your invoice. Bank details and BG nr are to be found on the bottom of the invoice. Please refer to your account number and invoice number when paying.
  • Why can't I pay by invoice?

    There can be several reasons why you cannot pay by invoice but need to pay by card when ordering. Most likely there is a due amount on your account, which needs to be paid before we can send further products to you.

    If you have any problems ordering and cannot see the reason in your Customer Center please e-mail us at info@icgroup.dk.

  • I have accidently paid my invoice to you twice, how can I get my money back? What information do you need from me?
    If you accidently paid an invoice double, please send an e-mail to info@icgroup.dk with your ICG account number and bank information. We will then refund the payment to you as soon as possible. If easier, you can also deduct the double payment from your next invoice payment. You can always see your total balance including all payments in your Customer Center.

Normally, we will inform you that you have made a double payment as soon as we discover it, but as all our payment is managed automatically by a computer, we might not see the double payment initially.

  • I was late with payment, now its paid but I can still not choose invoice for payment, why?

    If you have been late with payments despite several reminders or Inkasso, your account will be put on prepayment. Please write to us at info@icgroup.dk, informing about your account number or phone number, if you think it is a mistake.

  • How long credit time do I have on an invoice?
    You find the payment terms on the top right side of the invoice.

It is possible to extend your payment terms. Normally you should pay the invoices on the due date, but if you have problems paying, please write to us at info@icgroup.dk informing about your account number or phone number and explaining why you need extension.

Pay by Credit Card

Here are the most common questions when it comes to the payment method "Credt Card".

  • I have paid my order with credit card but I this order is now cancelled. How long will it take before you release the reservation of the money on my credit card? 

    This depends on credit card type. Please write us at info@icgroup.dk informing about your account number or phone number and we will cancel the reservation on your card.

Pay by Klarna - SE ONLY!!!

Here are the most common questions when it comes to the payment method "Klarna".

  • I chose Klarna as payment method, but I still got an invoice from you, both on my email and in my parcel. Why?

    You will by e-mail receive an invoice from Klarna and one from Insight Cosmetics AB, the one from Insight Cosmetics AB include VAT specification and the payment term is KLARNA.

  • I accidently paid the invoice put in my parcel to you, but I have chosen Klarna as payment method. What happens now?
    If you accidently pay an invoice double, please send an e-mail to us at info@icgroup.se informing your account number or phone number and your bank details, and we will refund the payment to you as soon as possible.

  • I need to get the VAT specified but my invoice from Klarna don’t specify this. What can I do?
    The VAT is specified on your invoice e-mailed from Insight Cosmetics AB.

What happens if you forget to pay your invoice in time

We will send you a reminder by email. If you still do not pay your invoice after two reminders, we will send the claim to Inkasso. In all cases, extra fees and interest will be added, and you can’t order new products until your payment is registered.

If your case has been sent to Inkasso, you cannot pay it to Insight Cosmetics. You need to pay to the Inkasso agency.

What happens to your orders if you are late with your payment.

If you are late with payment you´re order might not be shipped. Please find the most common questions on how to get your order below.

  • My order got stopped because I had a due amount on my account. It is now paid and registered on my account, but I can see that you haven´t shipped the order I´m waiting for, why?

    As soon as the payment of the due amount is registered on your account, we will release the new order.

  • I was late with my payment, now its paid. When will you let me know that my account is clear and ready for purchase?

    You can login to your 24/7 Customer Center and see the actual status on your account.

  • I have a due amount on my account, and I need to make an order. Can I email you proof of payment so you can ship my products immediately?
    No, unfortunately not. We need to register your payment in our bank account before we can release your new order.

  • I have a due amount on my account that I will pay next month, but I need products now and want to pay with credit card so I can have the order asap. Is that possible?
    If you have a due amount on your account, you need to pay this before we can release new orders.

  • I have a due amount on my account that is now managed by inkasso/kronofogden. I need products now and want to pay with credit card so I can have the order asap. Is that possible?
    As soon as we have received the payment from the Inkasso agency, you will be able to order by creditcard again.

  • I have paid my invoice, but I have been sent a reminder. What can be the reason?

    If you have paid within the last three bank days, the reminder has most likely crossed your payment. If not, please send a copy of your payment to us, info@icgroup.dk and we will check as soon as possible.
